All homeowners remember that amazing feeling of purchasing their first home. I remember my own “dream come true.” Then when I obtained my NMLS license, as a VP of Branch Banking, I knew the decision to move to a career in Residential Mortgage was for me.
My passion is educating my clients on the entire mortgage process (and beyond). This gives them the tools and power to make the necessary informed decisions. Being fully bilingual and loving to educate, I get to help families across NJ and PA realize their dream of homeownership.

Carmen is a true professional. She guided us step-by-step through the entire home purchase process. She is efficient, straightforward but most importantly honest. She is always available night or day to answer questions. Carmen listened closely to our wants and needs for our new home.
We highly recommend Carmen. We met Carmen purely by luck through our kids who were in same class, started talking and turned out she was a realtor agent. We are pretty picky, and had a dream home in mind so us agreeing on something was not that easy. We looked close to 25-30 houses, each with almost all of our criteria met, but one of us just didn't get that feeling each time. Fast forward to the last one: We opened the door and my wife and I were just sure that we had come to our dream home finally, we could just feel the excitement. At the start of the walk-through, my wife just rushed out her phone to capture the moment in video because we both knew this was the one. Please keep in mind that this takes place in the midst of the surge of people from the city moving to the suburbs, and the house had just dropped that day dramatically in price, so our fear was that the house was going to end up in a bidding war.
